We process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely with secure server software (SSL) that is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

All personal information is encrypted into an unrecognizable code securely transmitted from you to us. We translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.

We us an address verification process to verify the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Telephone orders

Our customers may call us anytime Monday thru Saturday between 10am and 5pm Central time at our phone number posted to our home page to order anything they see on our website.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. We do not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Re-Authorizations After the Initial Order

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Confirming Orders

We will send you an email confirming your order shortly after you complete your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after you complete your order, send us an email or give us a call, and we will make sure your order is being processed.

Online Order Status Tracking

When we process your order, we send you a tracking link. We will also send you an email with tracking information (if available) when your order ships from our store.

Sales Tax

We will charge and collect sales tax as required by law.

No Wake Outfitters ships anywhere in the 50 United States.

Delivery Times / Services

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and are typically completed within 1 to 2 days before they are shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

We cannot be responsible for packages left at the front door. Please track your order to protect your packages.

Shipping schedules after order processing for standard-size items:

ECONO:
FedEx SmartPost® – 7 – 14 business days- Tracking will not be automatically sent via email. Packages will delivered by your local post office.  Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one.

GROUND:
FedEx Ground® – 3 – 7 business days, based on distance to the destination.  Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one.

3 DAY:
FedEx Express Saver® – Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in three business days, starting with shipping day number one.

2 DAY:
FedEx 2Day® – Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in two business days, starting with shipping day number one.

NEXT DAY:
FedEx Standard Overnight® – next-business-day afternoon – Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in one business day, starting with shipping day number one.

Large Item Shipping Methods:

Large items exceeding a certain weight limit, like kayaks, canoes, and trolling motors cannot be sent by traditional package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item carrier.

Large-item shipping methods may include:

After the carrier receives your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Typically, carriers require a minimum four-hour window for delivery. An adult older than age 18 must be present and available to sign for the delivery.

Shipping costs are determined by item’s size and weight, selected shipping method, and your delivery address.

IMPORTANT NOTICES & EXCEPTIONS:

* FedEx does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that FedEx is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days.

** Signature required – if you select the option to require signature someone from within your residence or business must sign for the package at the time of delivery. The FedEx driver will make three attempts to deliver your package.

*** No Wake Outfitters does not guarantee shipper performance. FedEx does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas season. Please see their website for all details.

More Information:

* Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday).

* If your package is not being delivered to the billing address we will (automatically) require a signature before delivery.

* Shippers do not offer performance guarantees in all cases. Some delays are unavoidable, such as weather.

**** FedEx only guarantees and accepts claims for expedited shipments, (NOT ground or smartpost). If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with FedEx.

RETURNS

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returns.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Returns can be made within the following timeline from Purchase date:

You have 30 days plus shipping time for a full (less any shipping fees) refund.

After 30 days we can offer a refund for the item at its current selling price, provided we still stock and sell the item.

The following items are non-returnable: kayaks and canoes, underwear, swimwear, personal flotation devices without tag, sunglasses without tag, shoes without original packing material.

All items being returned must still be in new condition. Washed or used items are not returnable. Tags must still be attached to the item(s) being returned. Shoes being returned must still be in new/unused condition and also have the original shoe box.

PLEASE DO NOT TAPE SHOE BOXES SHUT and use them as the shipping container. We will not accept the return if the shoe box is covered in tape and shipping labels.

EXCHANGES:

We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) you would like instead of the original order.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Return shipping is NOT included with orders. You may use any shipping method you like. We cannot be responsible for your package until it is signed for by our staff. We HIGHLY recommend you insure your package… ESPECIALLY if you decide to return it via a method that cannot be tracked. We cannot help track packages until they arrive and have been signed for.
